My family has recently become a client of Ginger Peachy. Our first trip in February was interrupted by the blizzard in New York. We were trapped out of the country. With one call all of our problems were solved! Extended hotel stays and new flights. Margaret even took care of new flights for our friends (not clients) as well. On our second trip I misplaced my phone in a cab on the first day. As a business owner this would’ve ruined my trip for many reasons. The hotel tried its best to help and basically said sorry there’s nothing we can do. First thing in the morning I contacted Margaret. By noon that day the driver was back with my phone in hand. It seems like a small thing but after that I was able to relax and enjoy the time with my family. In a time where most business owners treat clients like replaceable products Margaret and April make you certain you’ve chosen the right people. I’ve become so used to lackluster hands off vendors and have unfortunately come to accept that “this is as good as it gets.” With Ginger Peachy it has been anything but. When you have a problem they are there to help and get results! I would enthusiastically recommend them to everybody and will be a happy client for as long as they will have me.
